    Interest is due monthly on money used during construction, then a fixed rate and payment for up to 30 years, with only 1 closing for peace of mind for up to 30 years.

  • Construction- Permanent Adjustable

    Interest due monthly on money used during construction, then a great adjustable rate for up to 30 years.
